Each day we get a little closer… Clean eating and exercise is getting us there!
I’ve been focusing heavily on lifting the bum and cutting the abs that I’ve paid little attention to my arms prior to this week. They are definitely feeling it!!
Routine consisted of:
~ 30 minute climb max 90 steps/min increasing in intervals to 105 steps/min.
~ Squats with 25 lbs. 3 sets of 20
~ Wall sits 40 secs in between squats 3x
~ Crunches- 100 break + another 120
~ Lower ab leg lifts between crunch breaks 3 sets of 20
~ Plank 1 min. Side plank 40 secs. Regular plank 45 secs. Opposite side plank 40 secs. And another 1 min. Regular plank (no rests in between)
~ Side oblique shuffle 2 sets of 30
~ Curls using 15 lbs. 3 sets of 15 each arm
~ Squat variations from “5 minutes to a better butt” workout routine posted within the last week! (The lower lunge pulse for 30 secs 3x each leg REALLY did work!!)
~ 30 minute interval speed from 3.2(fast walk)-5.4(jog/run) on treadmill with incline
Salad consisted of:
~ Spring mix greens
~ Fuji apples
~ golden raisins
~ tiny bit of croutons (not my fav)
~ tiny bit of cheese (not my fav)
~ & melon on the side! I’m not sure of the name but it’s smaller than a cantaloupe, a brighter and smoother texture on the skin, and taste much sweeter!
