Went to one of the outdoor gyms this eveing.. Unfortunately it seems to be used more as a playground than a gym, but oh well…

Just wanted to share one of my favourite ab-exercises with you.. I start off by doing 10-15 hanging leg raises, followed by 10-15 straight legged partials.. Really focus on hitting that sweet spot with the partials, your lower abs will feel like they´re on fire ;)

Try it and let me know how it goes…
